Under a ground lease with the City of Phoenix, the University of Arizona funded, built, owns and maintains the 10-story research building just north of the Health Sciences Education Building.<br><br>– Continuing the campus’ goal of attracting additional investment, the City of Phoenix agreed in May 2015 to issue development rights for 7 acres of land on the northwest part of the campus to Arizona State University. This land will become the future home to the ASU Health Solutions Project.
